JudgeCard ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the JudgeCard mobile application.

Information We Collect

• Account information: When you create an account, we collect your username, email address, and password (stored securely using one-way hashing).
• Scorecard data: Fight scorecards you create, including scores, notes, and official results.
• Community chat: Messages, their fight and account associations, timestamps, chat-rule acceptance, free-message usage, blocked users, and reports and moderation actions.
• Subscription information: If you subscribe to JudgeCard Pro, we store your subscription status and transaction identifiers. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) — we do not collect or store your payment card details.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the JudgeCard service
• To authenticate your account and manage your subscription
• To sync your scorecards across devices

Community Chat

Chat messages, your display username, and timestamps are visible to other users. Do not post private information. We use chat data to deliver discussions, enforce message allowances, and address abuse. Reports and block lists are not published in chat; administrators can review reports and reported messages. Removing a message hides it from community chat; it remains available for moderation and does not reset the free-message allowance. Account deletion removes your chat messages and associated chat data from the service.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Content you post to community chat is shared with other users as described above. We may disclose information as required by law.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure password hashing.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us through the support page below.

Children's Privacy

JudgeCard is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page.
